- Multi-Vehicle Family Add-On ($35/mo or $350/yr): Add an additional household vehicle for $35.00/month (or $350/year prepaid) to include 2 additional complimentary full synthetic oil services and tire rotations for that car as well.
- Household Savings: The guaranteed $50.00 courtesy credit applies to every qualifying mechanical repair or scheduled service across all vehicles registered to your household address.
- Exterior Hand Wash Vehicle Scope: Complimentary hand exterior washes apply to passenger cars, sedans, hatchbacks, crossovers, and standard SUVs. Due to shop bay dimensions, detailing equipment, and clearance limits, oversized vehicles, heavy-duty lifted trucks, and commercial vans are excluded.
- Tire Rotation Execution Guardrail: Complimentary tire rotations are performed concurrently during your scheduled oil service visit or any other scheduled mechanical service/repair visit (ensuring comprehensive wheel and brake safety audits without extra trips).
- Valet Coverage Area: Complimentary white-glove valet pick-up and return covers Santa Barbara, Goleta, and immediate surrounding areas for all scheduled services and repairs.
- Pre-Trip Express Checks: Unlimited 15-minute inspections include visual brake pad audit, tire pressure calibration, battery conductance test, and standard fluid top-offs (windshield washer fluid and engine coolant). Major fluid exchanges or flushes (transmission, differential, brake fluid) are quoted separately with your $50 credit applied.
- Membership Commitment: Monthly memberships have a 12-month initial commitment. Annual prepaid memberships are paid upfront ($500/year, saving $100). Memberships are non-refundable once complimentary services or courtesy credits have been redeemed.
- Scheduling & Notice: Concierge valet and priority weekday service windows (Monday through Friday) are scheduled in advance based on shop availability.
Estimate Approval & Deposit Policy
To approve an estimate and schedule repair work, a 50% deposit (half the invoice up front) is required. Once received, vehicle-specific parts are procured and you will be contacted directly to schedule service.
